Christopher Blackledge manages the Institute for NanoBioTechnology’s finance team, which provides the faculty with pre- and post-award support, opportunities and guidance. His aim is to help faculty by handling the financial and administrative responsibilities they face while doing research here at Johns Hopkins. Blackledge has a bachelor’s degree in economics and mathematics from Elon University and 18 years of experience in research administration. Prior to joining the INBT, Blackledge was lead grants and finance administrator at the Children’s National Medical Center / Children’s Research Institute and grants and contracts manager at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine for the Divisions of Endocrinology, Hematology and Nephrology.
