Andre serves as the financial bridge between research operations and sponsored funding compliance. He ensures that grant funds — especially subawards — are spent accurately, processed efficiently, and paid on time to maintain strong partnerships with collaborating institutions. He is responsible for supporting INBT in a variety of ways including administrative and financial tasks. She serves as a point of contact for the institutes faculty, staff, and students on questions regarding transaction logistics, policies, and procedures. Andre joined INBT in January 2026 after having served as Budget Analyst in the business office at the JHU Peabody Institute for four years. Andre has over 10 years of finance experience and he supports federally funded and privately sponsored research and plays a key role in procurement oversight, invoice management, and financial monitoring of subrecipient agreements.
