Christine O’Keefe received her B.A. in Bioengineering from University of Maryland, College Park and her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher in biomedical engineering developing microfluidic devices that use DNA to diagnose illness.
